  • We’re open to a wide range of business. Some of our favorites include ::

    Field services

    Construction supply/install

    Distribution/suppliers

    Multi-location retail/wholesale

    Residential and/or commercial services

    No food service, manufacturing or high customization.

  • An owner who is retiring and ready to exit the business. Our preference is to purchase 100% of the business though we’re open to open to sellers maintaining a meaningful minority ownership.

    We will be full time, hands on operators of the business.

  • $500k - $5M EBITDA

    We are pursuing a business in Alabama, but are open to select opportunities in the Southeast.

  • We will be using a mixture of personal, raised funds and bank debt. We are open to seller financing.
